The Government of the city of Makati in Metro Manila, held a reception on December 14, 2023, for the National Day of the State of Qatar 2023, along with five other countries, namely Romania, Thailand, Laos, Finland and United Arab Emirates under the auspices of Honorable Mar-Lyn Abigail S. Binay, Mayor of Makati City, Hon. Monique Yazmin Lagdameo, City Vice- Mayor, and Hon. Anna Elcina Yabut, City Councilor and Chairperson of the Committee on Tourism, Culture and International Affairs.

H.E. President of the Republic of Palau Surangel S. Whipps Jr., received on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the credentials of H.E. Ahmed Saad Al Homidi, as Non- Resident Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Palau.

His Excellency Ahmed Saad Al-Homidi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines, met on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, with Honorable Imelda Claixto, Mayor of Pasay City in Manila. ​ During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of the Philippines and ways to support and develop these relations.

His Excellency Ahmed Saad Al-Homidi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines, met on Tuesday, November 08, 2023, with Honorable Enrique Manalo, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines , at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), in the presence of other DFA officials.

His Excellency Ahmed Saad Al-Homaidi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Manila, accompanied by Mr. Saeed Al-Qeetani, Second Secretary of the Embassy, on Thursday October 05, 2023, at DFA manila, met with Madame Pamela Louis Manalo, Spouse of Foreign Affairs Secretary of the Philippines and Chairperson of the International Bazaar Foundation Inc. in the Republic of the Philippines. ​ A small ceremony was held, during which the financial contribution amounting to Php565,500.00 (10,000.00 US dollars), provided by Qatar government for the benefit of students, affected communities, victims of natural disasters, the elderly and needy children in the Philippines. The contribution was handed over through the International Bazaar Foundation Inc. in the Republic of the Philippines, whose Madame Pamela is its Chairperson.
