His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Maliki, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Manila, met with Mr. Titon Mitra, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in the Republic of the Philippines.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance the partnership between the State of Qatar and UNDP in the field of humanitarian aid and sustainable development projects in the Philippine, in light of the new political and economic changes in the region.
There was also a discussion on the problems and challenges facing sustainable development programs, in general, along with a number of other issues of common concern between the State of Qatar and UNDP.
