H.E. Ali Ibrahim Al-Malki, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Manila, held a dinner invitation in honor of General. Hermogenes Esperon Jr, Presidential Adviser on National Security,  Director- General of the National Security Council, to the Republic of the Philippines, Mr. Rufino Lopez, Deputy Director General for Operations, Ms. Ma. Carmina Acuna, Deputy Director General, Mr. Vicente Agdamag, Deputy Director General for Counter Terrorism, and Mr. Gaye Florendo, National Security Specialist.

  During the meeting, many security issues of mutual interest were discussed, as well as the Philippine’s Government role in enhancing national security amid challenges facing the region, among others.
