H.E. Ali Ibrahim Al-Malki, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Manila, hosted a diner invitation in honor of the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs’ Assistant Secretary for Middile East & African Affairs, Ms. Hajyceelyn Quintana, Mr.Raymond Balatbat, executive Director to the Department, and Ms. Germinia V. Aguilar-Usudan Director of Gulf Cooperation section of the Department.

 During the meeting, many issues of mutual interest were discussed, as well as means to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Republic of the Philippines in various fields.
