His Excellency Ahmed Saad Al-Homidi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines, participated on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, in a celebration organized by the Office of Peace and Development of the Philippine Armed Forces (AFPPDO), in collaboration with the Office of Senator Robinhood C. Padilla, on the occasion of International Hijab Day.

 

The celebration is held at the national level on February first of every year, in recognition of the millions of women in the Philippines, and around the world, who have chosen hijab.
