His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Malki, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines, met His Excellency Mr. Enrique Manalo, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of the Philippines, and the level that the relations have reached during the past years, in addition to future ways to develop and expand cooperation, and a number of regional and international topics and issues of common interest.

Mr. Alfonso Ver, Philippines' Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary for Middle East and African Affairs, also attended the meeting.
