His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Malki, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines, extended his warmest congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar - "May Allah bless him"-, the Father Amir, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani - "May Allah bless him"- to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Amir of the State of Qatar, and to His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the State of Qatar, on the anniversary of the founding of the first modern sovereign state, by Sheikh Jassem bin Mohammed Al Thani, on December 18, 1878.

 

Also, His Excellency conveyed the sincere congratulations to the noble Qatari people, as well as to all residents in the State of Qatar, wishing Allah, the Almighty, to return this occasion with goodness, auspiciousness and blessings, perpetuate security and Safety, and for Qatar to witness further progress, development and growth.
