His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Malki extended his warmest congratulations on this  occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of the Philippines, wishing for the Philippine government and to the friendly Filipino people, more progress and prosperity, and for His Excellency Rodrigo Roa Duterte, President of the Republic of the Philippines, good health and happiness so that he would fulfill his noble mission for the common good and benefits of this country and its people.

In His message, Dr. Al-Malki expressed his pride in the friendship and cooperation between Qatar and the Philippines, in light of the active coordination in various issues of mutual concern, and commitment to promote peace, dialogue and human rights, wishing to this good relationship further development, growth and prosperity.
